Murlen National Park


Murlen National Park located in  Champhai district of Mizoram with covered areas of 100 sq. km. Murlen National Park is the home for precious and endangered faunal population of Tiger, Leopard, Himalayan Black Bear, Serrow, Hollock Gibbon, Sanbar, Barking Deer, Wild Boar, Peacock Pheasant, Hill Myana and many varieties of bird. Scenic beauty of the hill ranges and the rolling clouds mixed with thundering sound followed by heavy rains are mesmerizing. The slow clouds moving across the hills and valleys, during rainy season.

Tuirihiau Falls

The Tuirihiau Falls is located 5 kilometres south of Thenzawl in Serchhip district in the Indian state of MizoramTuirihiau Falls Khawhthla or Tuirihiau Falls is the most spectacular of all the waterfalls and cascades in the fast flowing rivers of Mizoram. It is located in Vanva river near Buangpui. The uniqueness of this waterfall is that there are caves behind the waterfalls and you see the falls from behind.

Vantawng Falls



Vantawng Falls is located at a distance of about 137kms from Aizawl. Vantawng khawhthla or Vantawng Fall is the highest and most spectacular of all the waterfalls and cascades in the fast flowing rivers Vanva of Thenzawl Mizoram. The height of the fall is recorded as 750 ft and though it is difficult to get close to it because of the sheer forested hillsides surrounding it. September to January are the best months to visit Vantawng Falls due to greater clarity.
